OUR MISSION.

Our mission is simple: to blend our knowledge of SimRacing and Real-Life coaching, offering a comprehensive learning experience. We will collaborate with renowned real-life drivers to create online courses blending SimRacing & Real-Life so everyone can benefit from it.

1. TEACH: This is our number one priority. We used to make a lot of mistakes when we started sim-racing. We spent a tremendous amount of time figuring out how to become quicker. We aim to give back our findings to all drivers by teaching our methods so you can fast-track your progress and improve faster! Watching our clients become faster over time means the world to us.

2. INSPIRE: We started from nothing. We simply loved motorsports and started racing! Look at us now: we ended up winning esports national championships. No matter your racing level: you can improve! We want to inspire you to push your limits by setting up goals that you will beat one after the other all while having fun. It will get disappointing sometimes, but if you keep at it, you will improve no matter what.

3. STAY HUMAN: We are not perfect. We are also not AI. Sometimes, we do not have the answers. We still have so much more to learn! Our coaching is a dialogue between ourselves and the drivers. We are not here to impose rules: we are here to put our maximum efforts into making sure you improve and use your feedback to get better as well! If we improve together, sky is the limit.

4.  OVERDELIVER: We promise to always overdeliver. Whether it is through our free content, memberships, or private coaching sessions, we aim for perfection. If you have learned something from our materials, we are more than satisfied!
5. EXPERTISE: Everything we teach is supported by our SimRacing careers, real-life coaching experiences, academic studies, the literature we have read, client feedback, and most importantly, the results of our programs. We share our expertise through teaching methods that we know work. They are based on our own experiences and our clients’ success. 
6. IT'S NOT FOR EVERYONE: You have the right to agree or disagree. You might have a different way of driving a corner, and that's perfectly fine if it works for you. We are here to suggest and explore improvement, not to impose it.
